Claims (1)
- 光学要素を支持する被調整体の角度を装置固定
部に対して調節できかつ前記被調整体を一方向に
押圧する押圧ばねを被調整体と装置固定部の間に
介装する光学要素において、前記押圧ばねの一端
を受けるプランジヤを収容するシリンダ孔を装置
固定部に形成し、同シリンダ孔中に前記プランジ
ヤの表面に接触される球体を配置し、クランプね
じをねじ込むクランプねじ孔を前記シリンダ孔に
対して交差状態で形成し、前記クランプねじの回
転曲面端部表面を前記球体に当接したことを特徴
とする光学要素のクランプ装置。
