  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 電解液を封入して集電体となり一部細長く
    突設され正電極となる第１の収容部と、この第１
    の収容部の周囲を囲むように正極体が収容される
    第２の収容部と、この第２の収容部の周囲を囲む
    ようにリチウム負極体が収容され前記正電極近傍
    を除く全体を覆つて負電極となる第３の収容部と
    、前記正電極と第３の収容部との間に形成され両
    者を電気的に絶縁するシール材とを具備したこと
    を特徴とするリチウム電池。 (2) 前記第１の収容部には７０％〜９０％の電
    解液を封入するようにしたことを特徴とする請求
    項(1)記載のリチウム電池。
