- ベース金物に形成された穴を貫通し接合用金物
を介して該ベース金物との間をろう付けシールさ
れた第１の絶縁管と、該第１の絶縁管を貫通し接
合用金物を介して第１の絶縁管との間をろう付け
シールされた貫通導体と、該貫通導体を延長した
対向部に該貫通導体を固定する第２の絶縁管とを
具備し、シール部材を介して前記貫通導体と第２
の絶縁管との間をシールして前記ろう付けシール
との中間に外部に引出しの可能な独立した密閉室
を設けたことを特徴とするハーメチツク端子。
