Claims (1)
- ワークを着脱可能に支持する支持装置にエア通
路を形成し、このエア通路の一端をワークの端面
と対面する対向面に開口させるとともに他端をエ
ア供給路に接続し、エア供給路内のエア圧力を検
知するセンサを設けてなるワーク取付け確認用エ
アセンサ装置において、前記支持装置の対向面と
ワークの端面との間に、前記エア通路の一端に対
面する可動弁体と前記ワークの端面に対面する硬
質性の加圧体とを設け、この可動弁体と加圧体と
の間に少なくとも弾性体を設けたことを特徴とす
るワーク取付け確認用エアセンサ装置。
