Claims (1)
- 回転可能でかつその回転軸と直交する方向に移
動可能に支持され回転軸方向に突出した環状の先
端部を有する回転支持体と、該回転体の先端部に
取り付けられる環状部材と、回転しながらワーク
をスライス状に切断する切刃を内周縁部に有し外
周縁部において前記回転支持体と環状部材との間
に支持されたデイスク状のブレードと、前記切刃
によつてスライス状に切り取られた半製品を捕獲
する捕獲手段とを備えたスライシング装置であつ
て、前記回転支持体と前記ブレードとの合わせ部
の内周縁部に弾性部材を配設したことを特徴とす
るスライシング装置。
