  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 板状の非端面型サーマルヘツド１１と、熱転写
    フイルム１３が巻回された従動側フイルムロール
    １４及び使用済熱転写フイルム１３が巻き取られ
    る巻取側フイルムロール１５を有するフイルムカ
    ートリツジ１２と、転写紙１６に摺接し前記サー
    マルヘツド１１側の熱転写フイルム１３及び前記
    転写紙１６を前記サーマルヘツド１１と協働して
    挾むプラテンローラ１７とを有する熱転写プリン
    タにおいて、 前記従動側フイルムロール１４の中心軸と巻取
    側フイルムロール１５の中心軸とを含む平面に略
    垂直となるように、前記サーマルヘツド１１を配
    設したことを特徴とする熱転写プリンタ。
