Claims (1)
- 単結晶をブリツジマン法において製造するに際
し用いられるルツボであつて、該ルツボの先端部
に、種結晶を入れる収納パイプを備えたＶ底部を
有するルツボの保温構造において、前記収納パイ
プおよびＶ底部近傍を覆う多重構造の保温筒を設
けると共に、当該保温筒内部に保温材を充填した
ことを特徴とするルツボの保温構造。
