前記シフタアームの回動軸へ固着し、且つ、シフ
トレバーの上端部に設けられたシフトグリツプに
各変速毎の押ボタンを設け、夫々の押ボタン下部
に作動杆を連結すると共に、前記シフトレバーの
回動円周上にガイド板を設け、各変速毎の回動位
置へストツパを突設して前記作動杆を係止できる
ように形成したことを特徴とするシフトレバー装
