外線を照射する紫外線ランプと、 この紫外線ランプによる消去処理中のＥＰＲＯ
Ｍから前記ＩＣソケツトを介し保持データを読取
つて消去の終了を判定しその旨を外部に通知する
制御手段とを備えたことを特徴とするＥＰＲＯＭ
保持データの消去装置。
