す側面図、第３図は従来の構成を示す側面図であ
る。図中、１はマイクロスイツチ、１ａは接触子
、２はリードフレーム、５は吸着部、６は吸着ユ
ニツトである。なお各図中、同一符号は同一又は
相当部分を示す。

- リードフレームを吸着して搬送する吸着機構を
備え、この吸着機構が前記リードフレームを吸着
している状態と吸着していない状態を判別する検
出器を有する装置において、上記検出器は上記リ
ードフレームに直接接触する接触子を有すること
を特徴とするＩＣリードフレームの吸着検出装置
。
