Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 回転体の回転軸方向所定位置に形成されたテー
パ部に被着した、超電導体を含む物質から成る外
周部材と、 上記回転体の上記テーパ部に遊嵌するテーパ面
を有すると共に、上記テーパ部近傍に磁界を発生
し、上記超電導体の臨界温度以下の温度で上記回
転体を上記テーパ部で軸支する支持部材と、 を備えたことを特徴とする超電導磁気軸受。
