受口に管が挿入され、その管と継手本体との間に
これらの間を密封する環状の弾性シール部材が配
置され、その弾性シール部材が継手本体の一端部
に螺合される押輪により押圧されて該押輪と継手
本体の内周面に形成したテーパ部との間で挾圧さ
れ、その挾圧によつて継手本体と管の間が所定の
密封力で密封され、さらに管と押輪の間に管を抜
止めする拡縮可能な抜止め部材が配置された継手
であつて、前記管の外周面に配置されている抜止
め部材に抜止め部材収納ケースを被嵌し、前記押
輪の内周に前記抜止め部材収納ケースを管ととも
に軸移動可能にさせかつ抜止め部材収納ケースの
外周面との間に隙間をあけて抜止め部材収納ケー
スおよび管を傾き可能にさせる径一様なストレー
ト部が形成されているとともに、押輪のストレー
ト部の外端部には前記抜止め部材収納ケースの軸
移動を規制するストツパーが形成されており、該
ストツパーに規制されて前記抜止め部材収納ケー
スが停止した後に、管が引抜き方向に移動したと
き前記抜止め部材を縮径させて管の移動を阻止す
る抜け移動規制部が抜止め部材収納ケースの内周
