Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 固定枠に対し光軸方向及び光軸周りに不動
に設けられた円環状の弾性体に固着された圧電素
子に、交流駆動電圧を印加し、弾性体表面に進行
波を発生させ、この進行波により上記弾性体表面
に圧接した円環状の移動体を回転駆動する超音波
モーターと、 上記移動体の内周面もしくは外周面に嵌合し、
移動体とヘリコイド結合するレンズ群枠と、 このレンズ群枠のヘリコイド結合面に設けられ
た光軸方向に延びる長溝と、これに嵌合する上記
弾性体の内周又は外周に設けられたキーとで構成
され、上記レンズ群枠の光軸周りの回動を規制す
る回動規制部材と、 を具備することを特徴とするレンズ群枠駆動機
構。 (2) 上記キーは、防振合金等の振動防止部材で
あることを特徴とする、請求項１記載のレンズ群
枠駆動機構。
