接する偏心カムをステツプモータに連結して前記
側板に回転自在に装着し、前記偏心カムの外周面
に、回転中心からの半径が最小となる位置から一
定角度の範囲にわたり単位回転角に対する半径の
増加率が大きな第一の弧面と、この第一の弧面の
終端位置から一定角度の範囲にわたり単位回転角
に対する半径の増加率が前記第一の弧面の半径の
増加率より少ない第二の弧面とを連続させて形成
