図である。 図において、１はマイクロ波源、３Ｂはラダー
形導波管、４はスロツト、５はラダー、８は被加
熱物である。なお、各図中同一符号は同一または
相当部分を示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被加熱物と対向する複数のスロツトを長手方向
    と直角方向に有し、上記長手方向が上記被加熱物
    の進行方向と同一方向に設けられ且つ上記被加熱
    物の含水率の大きい箇所に配置され、マイクロ波
    電力を供給されて上記被加熱物を誘導加熱するラ
    ダー形導波管を備えたことを特徴とする加熱装置
    。
