Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 一対の磁性体からなるハーフコアの互いの
突き合わせ面の少なくとも一方に金属磁性膜が形
成され、この金属磁性膜上には、ＳｉＯ２膜及び
、活性金属―ＳｉＯ２複合膜が積層形成されて磁
気ギヤツプを構成していることを特徴とする磁気
ヘツド。 (2) 上記活性金属はＣｒであることを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の磁気ヘツ
ド。 (3) 一対の磁性体からなるハーフコアの互いの
突き合わせ面の少なくとも一方に金属磁性膜が形
成され、この金属磁性膜上には、活性金属―Ｓｉ
Ｏ２複合膜が積層形成されて磁気ギヤツプを構成
していることを特徴とする磁気ヘツド。
