Claims (1)
- 可撓性を有する高分子フイルム１の上に、背面
電極層３、非晶質半導体層４、上部透明電極層５
、保護膜層６を順次形成して成る非晶質半導体光
起電力装置において、前記高分子フイルム１と背
面電極３との間に、有機シリケートを主成分とす
るコーテイング剤を反応硬化させてなるシリカ被
膜２を形成したことを特徴とする非晶質半導体光
起電力装置。
