[Detailed description of the invention] This invention prevents stuffiness inside the shoe by communicating the upper surface of the midsole with the outside air through a horizontal hole provided on the side surface of the sole, and a small hole for ventilation provided on the upper surface of the midsole. This relates to a shoe sole with a good burr on the midsole through the .

Conventionally, laser boards and cellulose fiber boards have been widely used for the insoles that form the soles of shoes, but these materials have uniform rigidity, so only the tread area that requires burrs has flexibility. It is difficult to make such a part, and for this reason, methods such as making the part corresponding to the treading part separately from non-woven fabric and pasting them together are used.

In addition, shoes have been devised that have ventilation holes on the side of the sole to reduce stuffiness inside the shoe, but in this case, the inconvenience of water from outside penetrating into the shoe is unavoidable. It is said that

In contrast, this invention provides a large number of small holes in the required parts of the insole made of the above material.
This part has flexibility and is made of a material that allows air to pass through but not water. For example, polyethylene resin is known as the most common material having this property, but recently, materials treated with foamed tetrafluoroethylene resin have been commercially available.

An example of this invention will be explained with reference to the drawings.
As is clear from the vertical cross-sectional view in Figure 2 and Figure 3, which shows the inner sole and outsole exploded, the overall structure consists of an outsole 1 made of rubber, synthetic resin, etc., and a laser board, cellulose fiber board, etc. The insole 2 is formed by overlapping and fixing the insole 2, but the insole 2 has a large number of small holes 3 made in advance in the treading part of the insole, and the lower surface, that is, the ground surface side. As is clear from Figure 4, there are small holes 3 in the part corresponding to the lower surface of the insole.
A reinforcing plate 4 in the form of a thin film made of a material that is breathable but impermeable to water and is strong, such as a material treated with the foamed polytetrafluoroethylene resin, is attached to cover the reinforcing plate 4. Also, on the front bottom 1 are figures 3 and 5.
As is clear from the figure, grooves 5 are previously cut in the vertical and horizontal directions on the upper surface in correspondence with the reinforcing plate 4, and among these grooves 5, the horizontal grooves have their respective ends facing toward the bottom. 1 are opened to the outside as horizontal holes 6, respectively, on both sides thereof.

As a result, as shown in Fig. 2, the sole of this invention has an air passage formed between the outer sole 1 and the reinforcing plate by grooves 5, and outside air entering from the horizontal holes 6 is reinforced. Through the plate 4, the small hole 3... can be passed through and communicated with the inside of the shoe.

This invention has the above-mentioned structure, and the insole 2 has a large number of small holes 3 dotted therein, and the insole tread part is given sufficient flexibility, so that a suitable burr can be achieved. In this case, since the reinforcing plate 4 is attached to the lower surface of the midsole in that part, there is almost no concern that the strength of the midsole itself will decrease due to the small holes. As mentioned above, only air circulates inside and outside the shoe through the grooves 5, and this circulation is promoted through the well-curved midsole 2 as you walk, providing comfort. Since the holes 6 are open, there are many advantages such as there is no fear that the outsole 1 will break from the grooves 5.
