Claims (1)
- 大電力増幅器の出力から方向性結合器を介して
反射電力の電圧を得る第１の検波器と、前記方向
性結合器を介して進行波電力の電圧を得る第２の
検波器と、反射電力検出の基準電圧を発生する基
準電圧発生部と、この基準電圧発生部の出力と前
記第２の検波器の出力とを加える加算部と、この
加算部により得られる加算出力と前記第１の検波
器の出力との比較を行う比較器とを具備する反射
電力検出装置。
