Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ シンクを含むカウンターをキヤビネツトの上
に備えた厨房設備において、前記カウンターの下
面に上部及び前部が開放したトレーを設けると共
に該トレーに排水管を接続し、前記トレーの前部
の開放部分から挿入可能な網カゴ状の容器及び前
記トレーの下方に挿入可能な廃棄用容器を備えた
ラツクを、前記キヤビネツトに対して引き出し可
能に設けたことを特徴とする厨房設備。 ２ 前記カウンターのシンクとは別に浅い第２の
シンクを該カウンターに設け、前記第２のシンク
の下面に前記トレーを設けたことを特徴とする実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の厨房設備。
