Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、急速コーヒー飲料を煎出する装置に
関する。
バーやコーヒーシヨツプで用いられているイタ
リア方式の急速コーヒー煎出装置のような従来の
コーヒー煎出装置は、フイルターを含む何らかの
コンテナ（以下単にコンテナという）中に操作者
によつて適宜準備された挽き済みコーヒーのパツ
ドを入れこの中に熱水を通過させることによつて
コーヒー飲料を煎出するものである。
しかし、挽き済みコーヒーは市場では、透水性
を有する２層になつた紙の中で圧力をかけて形成
される一単位のコーヒーとなつた規格化されたポ
ツド（pod）の形となつて取引される。かかるポ
ツドは、従来のコーヒー煎出装置では使用するこ
とができない。すなわち、かかるポツドは従来の
煎出装置のコンテナには適合しないからである。
これとは逆にこのようなポツドは、出願人の欧州
特許出願No.79 101760.1.で開示した煎じ室には好
適である。
すなわち、この考案は、従来の急速コーヒー煎
出装置でも規格化されたコーヒーパツドを使用す
ることを可能にすることを意図するものである。
従つて、従来の急速コーヒー煎出装置（以下単に
装置という）は、取り外し可能なアダプタを有
し、その上方に熱水供給器が位置し、下方には上
記アダプタと連動し、アダプタに固定される以前
に、規格化されたコーヒーポツドが収納され得る
コーヒー用煎じ室を形成するフイルターを含むボ
ツクスが取り外し可能な状態で設置されるもので
ある。それ故、装置の中で公知の方法で作られた
加熱水は、アダプタの中にある通路と注出器に入
り、煎じ室内の上方に到達すると共に煎じ室内で
拡散し、次いでコーヒーポツド内を通過し、コー
ヒー飲料が煎じられるものであり、更に、フイル
タを通つて、最終的には、搬出ノズルから外部へ
送出されるものである。
上記のアダプタは、装置内の加熱水供給器に取
り外し可能に設置させる手段を含み、この手段
は、同一の目的で従来のコンテナが有している手
段と同じである。アダプタとボツクスは共に操作
用のハンドルを備えている。
この考案の特徴は、従来の急速コーヒー煎じ装
置が、あら挽きコーヒーを用いる場合にも使用可
能である点であり、また、選択的に、コーヒーポ
ツドからコーヒー飲料を煎出することにも応用出
来る点である。また、本考案は、操作者が所有し
ているならば、特定形態のコーヒー飲料、例え
ば、カフエインのないものでも煎じることが出来
る点にある。本考案を実施する方法の詳細につい
て、下記の通り図面に従つて説明する。
第１図は従来の装置の中に設置されたアダプタ
の縦断面図であり、第２図はアダプタ、これに嵌
合したボツクス及び煎じ室内におかれたコーヒー
ポツドの縦断面図である。第１図によれば、アダ
プタ１は、破線で示され、シール３０を有する装
置の熱水供給器２に嵌められ、上記アダプタを収
納するための装置内にある各みぞ穴３′，４′内
に、ウイング３，４が入り込むことによつて両者
の連結が行なわれている。５はアダプタの取り付
け取り外し用のハンドルである。アダプタ１内の
垂直通路７は装置の熱水供給器２にある通路６に
対面しており、その通路７は、底部にまで円筒状
の室８と限界を接するよう延びており、該室８に
は、らせん状のネジ山が形成され、このネジ山
は、室８の垂直壁に沿つて部分的に展開されてい
る。このらせん状のネジ内に注出器９がねじ込ま
れており、底部に於いて、スペース１０を設ける
ため室８の円筒状周壁から所定の間隔を開けてあ
り、また、複数の円孔１２が注出器９の底部の周
壁に周囲方向に設けられている。丸い切欠き部と
なつている平たい室１２はアダプタ１の下方に位
置し、室８と連通していると共に室８と同心円状
に配置されている。
円形のゴムシール１３は、部分的にアダプタ１
内の円形シート１４内に内装されている。アダプ
タ１の延長部１５，１６の内側には、みぞ１７，
１８が形成され、これらは、アダプタ１にボツク
ス１９を嵌めるために使用される。
第２図によれば、ボツクス１９には、ウイング
２０，２１によつてアダプタ１に嵌め込まれ、み
ぞ１７，１８と噛み合つている。ボツクス１９の
中の凹所には、フイルター２２が、上記凹所の底
表面との間で室２３を区画するようにして、支持
されている。ポツド２４は、室１２内でフイルタ
２２によつて区画された煎じ室２３ａ内に位置す
る。ポツド２４は、円形の外周縁部を有し、それ
は、透水性の紙から成る多層の重ね合わされた縁
部となつている。この縁部はまたシール１３とボ
ツクス１９の上平面との間で水密的に緊締され
る。３１は、ボツクス取り外し用ハンドルであ
る。
ボツクス１９の中空の延長部２５は、下方に延
び、シールリング２６を有し、これらの周囲にノ
ズル２７が結合され、ノズル２７の外部への通路
２８及び中空延長部２５の通路２９が各々同心円
状で室２３に連通している。
上記に示した本考案の構成に適する装置を作動
する場合には、操作者は、まず、装置２の熱水供
給器２の下にアダプタ１をセツトし、ポツド２４
をボツクス１９内のフイルター２２の上に橋架
し、ボツクス１９をアダプタ２に当接する。その
後、操作者は、通常の方法で本装置を作動させる
と、熱水は通路６から７に運ばれ注出器９の通路
７に運ばれ、注出器９の下方周壁の円孔１１から
放出され、室１２の中で拡散し、煎じ室２３ａ内
にあるポツド２４内に浸み込む。コーヒー飲料は
このようにして煎出され、爾後フイルター２２を
通り、放出路２８，２９から外部に送出される。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ひき済みコーヒーのパツドに熱水を通過させ
    ることによりコーヒーを煎出するものであり且
    つひき済みコーヒーを入れるコーヒーコンテナ
    のための連結手段３′，４′を有する熱水供給器
    ２を備えた装置であつて、取り外し自在のアダ
    プタ１が熱水供給器２の下に取り付けられると
    共に、このアダプタ１が、フイルター２２を有
    し且つアダプタ１と連動して煎じ室２３ａを形
    成するボツクス１９を取り外し可能にして下方
    で支持するものとなつており、アダプタ１にボ
    ツクス１９を取り付ける前の段階でこの煎じ室
    内に規格化したコーヒーポツドを収納するよう
    にした急速コーヒー飲料煎出装置において、前
    記アダプタ１が、これを装置の熱水供給器に取
    り付けるようにされ且つ通常のコーヒーコンテ
    ナを取り付けるため装置内にある手段３′，
    ４′に対応した手段３，４と、熱水供給器の通
    路６に対面した通路７と、この通路７に連通す
    る第１のほぼ円筒状の室８と、第１の室８に内
    装され、アダプタの下方に形成された第２のほ
    ぼ円状で平らな室１２に向けて熱水を送出させ
    る複数の円孔１１を有する熱水注水器９と、ボ
    ツクス１９の連結手段２０，２１を受けとめる
    手段１７，１８と、アダプタ１とボツクス１９
    を水密状に連結するために上記第２の室１２の
    周囲に設けられたシール１３とから成ることを
    特徴とする急速コーヒー飲料煎出装置。 ２ 前記アダプタ１がこれを操作すべきハンドル
    ５を有し、前記ボツクス１９が、これをアダプ
    タ１に取り付けるようにした手段２０，２１
    と、ボツクス１９内の凹所外周の座部に保持さ
    れたフイルタ２２と、外部とボツクス１９から
    下方に延長され上記凹所との連通を保つための
    放出通路２９を備えた中空の延長部２５と、中
    空の延長部２５に連結するようにされ中空の延
    長部２５内の放出通路２９に対向した放出通路
    ２８を有するノズル２７と、ボツクス１９を操
    作するためのハンドル３１とから成ることを特
    徴とする実用新案登録請求範囲第１項記載の急
    速コーヒー飲料煎出装置。 ３ 注出器９の複数の円孔１１が注出器９の周壁
    下方に円周方向に形成され、上記注出器及び第
    １の室８との間に第２の室１２に熱水を通過さ
    せるためのスペース１０が設けられたことを特
    徴とする実用新案登録請求範囲第１項または第
    ２項記載の急速コーヒー飲料煎出装置。
