【考案の詳細な説明】 (イ) 産業上の利用分野 本考案は本体内上部に加熱装置を有し、本体上
面の載置台上に載置されたコーヒー等の液体容器
を加温する湯沸かし器に関し、特に、電源スイツ
チ等の取り付け構造に関するものである。 (ロ) 従来技術 一般的なこの種の湯沸かし器のように液体容器
を載置台上に載置して加温する場合、容器を注意
深く取扱つても中味の液体をこぼしたりすること
が間々あり、これが本体外面からスイツチ取り付
け板を伝わつてスイツチを侵し、該スイツチの電
気的絶縁性を低下させる原因となつていた。 これに対処するためのスイツチ取り付け構造が
多数考案されているが、構造が複雑であつたり、
スイツチの操作性が悪くなつたり、更には取付け
作業性が悪くなるものが多かつた。 (ハ) 考案の目的 本考案は液体が原因したスイツチの電気的絶縁
性の低下を防止したスイツチの取り付け構造であ
り、取り付け構造及び作業を簡素化し、スイツチ
の操作も良好に行なう事ができると共にスイツチ
の絶縁性能を確保することを目的とする。 (ニ) 考案の構成 本考案は本体内上部に加熱装置を有し、本体上
面の載置台上に載置されたコーヒー等の液体容器
を加温する湯沸かし器において、本端上面の前端
に形成したフランジより後方に引つ込んだ位置に
配設した支持板と、該支持板を挿通して本体内方
に突出する電源スイツチ等の本体を支持板に固定
するための取り付け板と、前記支持板と間隔を存
して対向し前記前端フランジと面一に配設される
とともにスイツチの操作部が前方に突出する開口
を形成した前面板と、該前面板の上部を後方に折
曲して前記間隔の上面を閉塞する水平フランジを
形成するとともに、該フランジの端部を前記支持
板より後方位置で上方に折曲してガイドフランジ
を形成した湯沸かし器のスイツチ取り付け構造で
ある。 (ホ) 実施例 第1図は本考案の湯沸かし器の一実施例である
コーヒー沸かし器の正面図、第2図は同じく一部
を破断し液体容器を載置した状態の側面図であ
り、コ字状に形成した本体1の前方空間部には本
体1内部に配備された給湯装置(図示せず)の熱
湯抽出管2の端部に取り付けたスプレーヘツド3
から散布される熱湯を受けるチヤンパー4が引き
出し自在に吊設されている。また、本体1下部の
上面板にはチヤンパー4の下部抽出口4Aから
滴下するコーヒー飲料を受ける液体容器としてデ
カンタ6を載置する載置台7が装設され、該載置
台7の下方に対向して本体1内部には加熱ヒータ
8を配設している。 而して、本体1の前面には本考案の取り付け構
造による電源スイツチ等の各種スイツチ,10
及び11が設けられており、以下に代表して電源
スイツチの取り付け構造の詳細を第3図、第4
図及び第5図に基づいて説明する。は第1図に
示す4本の螺子12によつて着脱可能な前記本体
下部上面板で、該上面板の前部を下方に折曲し
た前端フランジ5A、これを後方に折曲した水平
フランジ5Bを形成している。この上面板の前
端フランジ5Aより後方に引つ込んだ位置には上
下に後向きの水平フランジ13A及び13Bを有
し、左右に前向きのL状フランジ13Cを有する
とともに中央に挿通口13Dを形成した支持板
3が配設され、該支持板13の挿通口13Dを挿
通してスイツチ本体9Aを後方に突出せしめ、該
スイツチ本体9Aの前面に固定したスイツチ取り
付け板14を上下の螺子15によつて支持板13
に螺合する。更に、支持板13と間隔Lを存して
対向し上面板の前端フランジ5Aと面一に前面
16を配設する。該前面板16はシーソー動作
するスイツチの操作部9Bが前方に突出する開
口16Cを形成し、上部を後方に折曲して間隔L
を塞ぐ水平フランジ16Aと端部を支持板13
り後方位置で上向きに折曲形成したガイドフラン
ジ16Bを有する。そして、支持板13の水平フ
ランジ13Aと前面板16の水平フランジ16A

イツチ本体9Aが取り付けられる支持板13から

チ操作が容易で取り付け構造及び組立て作業も簡
素である利点を奏するものである。 更に、本考案はコーヒー抽出機構を備えない各
種湯沸かし器においても本考案の主旨を逸脱しな
い範囲内で広範囲に実施することができるもので
ある。
