第1図(先行技術)は本考案が関係する周知の
型式の、ガス燃焼式対流暖房装置の概略断面図で
あり、第2図は、本考案による、凝縮をガス燃焼
式暖房装置の主構成要部品の概略分解斜視図であ
り、第3図は前部覆いを取り外した装置の概略正
面図であり、第4図及び第5図は、本考案による
2つの僅かに異なつた実施例の概略部分断面端面
図であり、第6図は装置を据付た部屋の隅部の斜
視図であり、第7図は煙道廃ガスおよび凝縮液用

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ガス燃焼式対流暖房装置或は対流・輻射暖
房装置であつて、ガスバーナーと、ガスバーナー
に燃焼用空気を供給するための高圧送風機と、輻
射要素をもつ或いはこれをもたないものであつて
、バーナーからの燃焼生成物が差し向けられる燃
焼室と、燃焼室と隣接し且つこれと間隔をへだて
て置かれ、周囲空気が表面上を流れることができ
る熱交換器と、熱交換器と燃焼室とを連結し、燃
焼室の上部から熱交換器の上部に燃焼生成物を流
すための通路とを含み、燃焼室及び熱交換器は、
密閉された相互連通式箱状ユニツトの中に置かれ
、熱交換器の下に設けられ、少なくとも熱交換器
の表面上に空気流を生じさせるための対流フアン
と、熱交換器の底部に連結され、使用に際して室
外に置かれた末端出口装置まで生成廃ガスを排出
するための煙道出口管とを含み、装置の熱効率が
バーナーの利用できる潜在的熱源の少なくとも9
0パーセントであるように、使用中、生成廃ガス
を50℃以下の温度で煙道出口管に入れるように
構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 (2) ガスバーナーは曝気バーナーであり、前記
送風機からの燃焼用空気は、燃焼室の中のバーナ
ーの下におかれ且つ前記送風機に連結された有孔
空気分配管から供給されることを特徴とする実用
新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項に記載の装置。 (3) 送風機は、約5mbの静圧を発生させるよ
うに構成され且つ装置の流れ抵抗を克服するのに
十分な4m3/時を吐出するトロイド形送風機であ
ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1
)項又は第(2)項に記載の装置。 (4) 圧送される通風流で燃焼室と熱交換器に正
圧をかけるため、前記送風機は燃焼室の上流に置
かれていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第(1)項、第(2)項又は第(3)項に記載の装置
。 (5) 引かれる通風流で燃焼室と熱交換器に負圧
をかけるため、前記送風器は熱交換器の下流に置
かれていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第(1)項、第(2)項又は第(3)項に記載の装置
。 (6) 対流フアンは遠心フアンであることを特徴
とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項乃至第(5)
項のいずれかに記載の装置。 (7) 輻射要素は燃焼室の中のバーナーより上で
支持され、輻射熱の伝達のため、耐熱透明板が燃
焼室の前部壁に密封されていることを特徴とする
実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項乃至第(6)項のい
ずれかに記載の装置。 (8) 高温の燃焼ガスから最大の乱流、従つて最
大の熱伝達率を作り出すように、箱状の熱交換器
には、これの垂直側面前に延びた複数の邪魔板が
設けられていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
求の範囲第(1)項乃至第(7)項のいずれかに記載の
装置。 (9) 前記末端煙道出口装置は短管を有し、前記
短管は廃煙道ガスを排出する上方に向けられた管
部分と凝縮液を排出する下方に向けられた管部分
とを形成するようにほぼ垂直におかれ且つ前記煙
道管に連結されるようになつており、末端管には
、下方に向けられた管部分が万一ふさがつた時に
凝縮液のオーバーフロー孔となるように、前記煙
道管との連結装置の近くに開口部が設けられてい
ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1
)項乃至第(8)項のいずれかに記載の装置。
