ピストン、４はスプリング、６は油循環ポンプ、
１２はピストンガイド、１３は定量容器、１７は
ガスセンサー、２０は真空ポンプ、２１は油入電
気機器、２２は絶縁油、９，１０，１４，１５，
１６は弁である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 油入電気機器内部の油中溶存ガスを油中ガス分
    析装置において、油からガスを分離する脱気過程
    でスプリングを使用し、スプリングの反発力で真
    空を作り、真空中に油を噴出することで、油を脱
    気することを特徴とした油入電気機器の油中ガス
    分析装置。
