    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 検出電極間に設けられた所定空隙に試料を流通
    させ粒子が空隙を通過する際に生じる電気抵抗の
    変化を測定する粒子計測装置において、前記検出
    電極間の電圧を検出する電圧検出器と、この電圧
    検出器出力のうち緩やかな変化をする信号のみを
    取り出すためのフイルタと、このフイルタ出力に
    基づいて検出電極間の電圧を一定にする可変出力
    定電流電源と、を備え、試料の電導度の変化を補
    償したことを特徴とする粒子計測装置。
