    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 定量供給装置を経て連続供給される粉状、粒状
    などの処理物をベルトコンベアで搬送しながらマ
    イクロ波によつて加熱処理するマイクロ波加熱装
    置において、上記ベルトコンベアのベルトの進行
    速度を検出して電気信号に変換する速度検出セン
    サ、上記ベルトコンベアのベルトの進行速度を変
    えたときに、上記速度検出センサからの電気信号
    により上記定量供給装置を制御して該装置から上
    記ベルトコンベアの単位長ベルト当りに供給され
    る処理物の量を一定に保つ手段を備えたことを特
    徴とするマイクロ波加熱装置。
