育容器用蓋であつて、培養・生育容器の開口部に
配置され、通気口を有するプラスチツク製の透光
性板と、該透光性板の通気口を閉塞するべく透光
性板に貼着された疎水性樹脂から成る多孔質膜と
、透光性板の外側に配置されて、周囲に設けられ
た周壁部を培養・生育容器に装着することにより
培養・生育容器の開口部に着脱可能に取付けられ
る押え蓋とを有し、該押え蓋に前記透光性板が着
脱可能に装着されていると共に、押え蓋に前記多
孔質膜を外部に開放する開口部が形成されている

けた際に、前記透光性板の周囲が、該押え蓋と培
養・生育容器の開口端面との間で挾持される請求
