Claims (1)
- 基台と、基台上に光放出面である１側面を露出
させて整列して固着された発光ダイオードとを具
備した光プリントヘツドに於て、前記発光ダイオ
ードは基台と平行なＰＮ接合を有した２つの発光
ダイオードの積層体からなり、互いに厚みが異な
ることによつて２つのＰＮ接合がそれぞれ基台側
と表面側とに偏位している事を特徴とする光プリ
ントヘツド。
