を、タイミングプーリとカムシヤフトとの間に噛
合させて上記タイミングプーリの回転をカムシヤ
フトに伝達すると共に、上記歯車を歯車駆動機構
でカムシヤフトの軸方向に移動させることにより
上記タイミングプーリに対してカムシヤフトを相
対回動させて吸気・排気バルブの開閉時期を制御
するバルブタイミング制御装置において、上記タ
イミングプーリとカムシヤフトとの間に、上記タ
イミングプーリをカムシヤフトの軸方向へ付勢す
るばね部材を介装したことを特徴とする内燃機関
