Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of fastening function due to a foaming material attached to the fastening part of a face fastener, by exposing the surface of the mold face side of a metallic magnetic object at the both end or the periphery of the fastener, sealing between the periphery of the face fastener and the mold face by means of a attraction-adhesion of the exposed part to a magnet part and expanding the foaming material in a mold. CONSTITUTION:A face fastener 26 fitted on a mold face 16 is attached on the mold face 16 by means of a metallic magnetic object 30 attracted by a magnet 18 on the mold face. In the periphery of the face fastener 26, in particular, because the exposed metallic magnetic object 30 contacts directly the face mold, the attractive force between the metallic magnetic object 30 and the magnet 18 is very strong, and the surroundings of a recessed part 23 of the face mold are surely sealed with the periphery of the face fastener 26 and the mold face 16. Then, a foaming material 22 such as urethane foam etc., is injected into a cavity 21 of a mold 20, this cavity is closed and the foaming is performed. Therefore, because the foaming material 22 does not intrude into the recessed part 23 of the face mold, the fastening part 28 of the face fastener is not attached to the fastening part of the fastener and the fastening function is not deteriorated.

Conventionally, as a simple method for manufacturing foam molded products having hook and loop fasteners as described above, hook and loop fasteners as shown in FIG.
A base material 12 of lO is made into a bag, and a sheet-like or film-like metal magnetic material 14 such as an iron plate is housed therein, and a magnet 18 is embedded in a predetermined part of the other mold surface 16, and the magnet and the metal magnetic material 14 are embedded in a predetermined part of the other mold surface 16. The hook-and-loop fastener IO is fixed at a predetermined position on the mold surface 16 by magnetic attraction with the body 14, and the cavity 21 with an iron content of 20 is fixed.
There is a method of foaming by injecting the foaming raw material 22 into the foam.

(Means for Solving the Problem) This invention attracts and fixes a hook-and-loop fastener having a sheet-like or film-like metal magnetic material inside to the mold surface using a magnet provided at a predetermined portion of the mold surface. In a method of manufacturing a foam molded product having a hook-and-loop fastener by foaming a foaming raw material within a mold, the surface of the metal magnetic material on the mold side is exposed at both ends or the peripheral edge of the hook-and-loop fastener, and the exposed portion is attached to the mold surface. It is characterized by attracting and adhering to the magnet portion of the hook-and-loop fastener to seal between the peripheral edge of the hook-and-loop fastener and the mold surface, and foaming the foaming material within the wire mold.

(Function) In a hook-and-loop fastener that is attracted and fixed to the mold surface by magnetic force, the retaining portion such as a loop is accommodated in the mold surface recess, and the metal magnetic material exposed at both ends or peripheral portions is tightly attached to the magnetic portion of the mold surface. The distance between the metal magnetic material and the magnet at the close contact part is zero (

By the way, the attraction force between the magnet and the magnetic body becomes larger as the distance between the two becomes smaller. Therefore, when the exposed metal magnetic material and the mold surface magnet portion come into close contact with each other at both ends or the peripheral edge of the hook-and-loop fastener, an extremely large attractive force acts, and the peripheral edge of the hook-and-loop fastener comes into close contact with the mold surface. Therefore, no gap is created between the peripheral edge of the hook-and-loop fastener and the mold surface due to the injection pressure of the foaming raw material, the foaming pressure, etc., and the space between the end or peripheral edge and the mold surface is reliably sealed. That is, the periphery of the engaging portion of the hook-and-loop fastener accommodated in the mold inner space is sealed. As a result, the foaming raw material injected into the mold foams without entering between the two-hook fastener and the mold surface, resulting in a foam molded product having the hook-and-loop fastener integrally.

Next, urethane foam is placed in the cavity 21 of the mold 20.
From Haraguchi et al., Awahara f422. is injected, the mold 20 is closed, and foaming is performed. The foaming raw material 22 injected into the mold tends to enter between the peripheral edge 34 of the surface fastener 26 and the mold surface 16 due to injection pressure and foaming pressure. However, the surface fastener 26
Since the peripheral edge 34 and the mold surface 16 are strongly sealed as described above, the foaming raw material 22 is tightly sealed between the hook-and-loop fastener 26 and the mold surface 16.
It foams without penetrating between the holes, and due to its adhesive properties, it adheres to the back material 32 of the hook-and-loop fastener 26, forming the mold surface 16.
It becomes a shaped foam molded product. If the foam molded article is then removed from the mold, a foam molded article having a hook-and-loop fastener similar to that shown in FIG. 4 is obtained.

(Effects of the Invention) The present invention exposes the surface of the mold surface side of the metal magnetic material at both ends or the peripheral edge of a hook-and-loop fastener that has a magnetic material inside, and the exposed portion is attracted to the magnet portion of the mold surface to seal the area between the peripheral edge of the hook-and-loop fastener and the mold surface, and the foaming raw material is foamed within the mold. Therefore, the distance between the gold@magnetic material on the peripheral edge of the hook-and-loop fastener and the magnet on the mold surface can be minimized, thereby maximizing the magnetic attraction and attraction between the metal magnetic material on the peripheral edge and the magnet. This enabled reliable sealing between the surfaces. As a result, it was possible to produce a foam molded product having a hook-and-loop fastener in which no foaming raw material adhered to the hook-and-loop fastener's engagement portion and the hook-and-loop fastener's engagement function was not impaired.
