- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 加熱される定着ローラと、該定着ローラに加圧
される加圧ローラと、定着ローラの表面温度を測
定する温度検出装置とを有する定着装置において
、 前記温度検出装置が前記定着ローラの適切なる
位置に接触可能に配置されていることと、該温度
検出装置が定着ローラに対する接触位置と非接触
位置との間を移動可能な支持部材に支持されてい
ることと、該支持部材を移動する駆動装置を有す
ることとを特徴とする定着装置。
