回路、１５…アナログ・デジタル変換手段（Ａ／
Ｄ変換器）、１６…判別手段。

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 制御手段からの目標回転量に対応する数の制御
パルスに基づいて制御されるステツプモータの脱
調を検出する装置において、 (イ) 入力軸を有し、この入力軸がステツプモー
タの出力流軸に連携されており、ステツプモータ
の回転量に対応した電圧を出力するポテンシヨメ
ータと、 (ロ) ポテンシヨメータの出力をデジタル信号に
変換するアメログ・デジタル変換手段と、 (ハ) 上記制御手段からの目標回転量情報と上記
アナログ・デジタル変換手段からの実際のステツ
プモータの回転量情報とを比較して、両者に差が
生じた時に脱調検出信号を出力する判別手段 とを備えたことを特徴とするステツプモータ脱
調検出装置。
