- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ホトリソグラフイ技術を用いてパターンを形成
する厚板重量ウエハであつて、 前記パターン合わせの基準面となる第一の切欠
き７と、これとウエハ１′の回転中心１０に対し
て対称な位置に、該第１の切欠き７と同じ大きさ
の第二の切欠き８を有し、かつ該第１の切欠き７
部に識別用溝９を有することを特徴とする厚板重
量ウエハ。
