Claims (1)
- シート材の表面に研磨粒が接着されている多数
の研磨片１が、円盤または円筒状の基台２に、所
定の間隔だけ離されて放射状に接着されている研
磨デイスクに於て、研磨片１のシート材に、０．
１〜１０デニールの無機質繊維が抄紙または編組
されて、厚さが０．２〜１．５mmとなるシート材
が使用され、かつ、このシート材の表面には、研
磨粒１００重量部に対して１５〜１５０重量部の
合成樹脂バインダーを介して研磨粒が付着されて
いる研磨片１が使用されていることを特徴とする
研磨デイスク。
