Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 上端部にステアリングホイールを軸着し、下端
    部に自在継手を介して中間シヤフトを連結すると
    ともに、軸方向に収縮可能なエネルギー吸収構造
    を有するステアリングシヤフトと、該ステアリン
    グシヤフトを軸方向に収納して同方向へ収縮可能
    な構造を有するコラムジヤケツトとを備え、かつ
    、該コラムジヤケツトの下端部がホールカバーに
    連結固定されるステアリング装置において、前記
    ホールカバーにはその内部に二重底部を形成する
    とともに、該二重底部に透孔を穿設してステアリ
    ングシヤフトを貫通せしめ、かつ、該ステアリン
    グシヤフトにはその透孔の周縁部と当接可能に、
    ストツパーをホールカバー内で直交して突設して
    なることを特徴とするステアリング装置。
