Claims (1)
- 基板ホルダー内に基板を取り付け、この基板ホ
ルダーを前室、スパツタ室および後室へ順次移送
し、該スパツタ室で基板上に膜形成するインライ
ン型の連続スパツタ装置において、前記基板面が
垂直方向に対して小さく傾くように、前記基板ホ
ルダーを立設して移送することを特徴とするイン
ライン型連続スパツタ装置。
