【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はコンピユーター、プリンターに用いら
れる印字装置の特殊紙送り用トラクターベルトに
関するものである。

はピン付チエインなどが利用されていたが、これ

である騒音を発生する問題があつた。そのため、
最近では実公昭42−14208号公報に示されている
如き歯付ベルト表面(背面)に突起を一体化して
設けた用紙送り用トラクターベルトが一部におい
て実用化されているが、これは通常ベルト全体が
同一硬度で構成されているため、ベルト全体が高
硬度の場合には突起部の耐摩耗性は良好であるが
ベルトの剛性が大きく屈曲性に問題があり、又逆
にベルト全体が低硬度の場合には屈曲性は良好で
あるが突起部の摩耗が激しくなる問題を有してい
た。

構成されているが、これにグラフアイト、テフロ
ン、二硫化モリブデン粉末などの滑剤を混入する
ことによつて耐摩耗性の向上と相俟つて突起部4
の摩擦係数を低下せしめ紙の滑りを良好ならしめ
ることもできる。

せしめる利点を有するが、更に本考案はまたベル
ト表面の一部を硬質にし、ベルト裏面ならびに歯
部はそれより低硬度ウレタンゴム層で構成してい
るためベルト自体の剛性も小さく屈曲性を向上せ
しめ、かつベルト駆動時のトルクを軽減できるな
どの特長を有し、事務用機器の用紙送り用トラク
ターベルトとして頗る好適なベルトである。
