- 抵抗体の一側部に、縁端部から他側部に向かい
かつ互いに平行になるよう形成された第一および
第二の切り欠きを設け、これら両切り欠きに対し
て抵抗体の他側部側縁端部であつて、前記両切り
欠き間の略中央部分と対応する部位に第三の切り
欠きを設けたことを特徴とするハイブリツドＩＣ
用厚膜抵抗。
