ータの概略平面図である。 図中、１１はケース、１１ａはガイド杆、１２
はメインキヤリア、１２ａはガイド杆、１２ｂは
駆動シヤフト、１３は磁石キヤリア、１４はシヤ
フト、１５は永久磁石、１６は強磁性体ヨーク、
１７は磁気抵抗素子である。

- 強磁性体ヨーク面に磁気抵抗素子を密着固定す
ると共に、該磁気抵抗素子面に永久磁石を対向配
置し、且つ該永久磁石を変位方向と直角方向に移
動可能に設けたことを特徴とする無接触式ポテン
シヨメータ。
