    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ライン型のイメージセンサを内蔵して原稿が載
    置される透光性の原稿台に対して相対的に移動す
    るケーシングの外部に、前記原稿を照明する光源
    を取付け、前記ケーシングに前記原稿の反射光線
    を前記イメージセンサに向けて透過させるスリツ
    トを形成してなる光学読取装置において、前記ケ
    ーシングに前記スリツトを閉塞する透光部材を設
    けたことを特徴とする光学読取装置。
