    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 運転席との間のフロア中央部分に隆起している
    エンジンデツキのサービスホールの上部に助手席
    を装着したものにおいて、前記助手席のシートク
    ツシヨンの前記運転席側の端部を支点にして前記
    助手席を上方へ回動させる横跳ね上げ機構を有し
    、前記シートクツシヨンの下面に前記支点側を支
    点として回動自在なシートパンが取付けられ、こ
    のシートパンを前記シートクツシヨンの下面に当
    てがつた状態に係止可能な係止機構を有すること
    を特徴とする車両のシート装置。
