Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 入力ポート、出力ポート、これらのポートを連
    通させる通路中の弁座、及び該弁座を開閉する弁
    部材を有する弁部と、上記弁部材を駆動する可動
    鉄心、固定鉄心、両鉄心間に縮設した復帰ばね、
    及び励磁コイルを有するソレノイド部と、上記弁
    座のシール径と略等しい径を有する上記可動鉄心
    の摺動部をシールするシール部材とを備え、上記
    ソレノイド部を、鉄心間の吸引力が励磁コイルへ
    の通電量に比例する比例ソレノイド部で構成する
    とともに、出力側の流体圧が該比例ソレノイド部
    の吸引力と逆方向に作用する受圧部を設けたポペ
    ツト形2ポート減圧弁。
