ＨＥＰＡフイルタ、５は粒状活性炭フイルタ、６
はＨＥＰＡフイルタ、７は作業員出入口、８は繊
維状活性炭フイルタ、９１は上面及び下面多孔板
、９２は中段多孔板、１０は繊維状活性炭である
。
