ライバ回路、１８はリレー部、１９，２０はコン
トロール信号、２１は操作部、２２は定電流電源
、２３は電圧計、２４は電流計、２５は抵抗計、
２６は定電圧電源、５０は基準器を示す。尚、図
中同一符号は同一または相当部分を示す。
