Claims (1)
- 流体吐出穴を有する中空円筒状のケースと、中
央に固定鉄芯を有し、前記ケースの一端をふさぐ
ケースカバーと、前記ケースカバーの固定鉄芯の
回りに巻かられたコイルからなるソレノイドと、
前記ケースに支持され、前記ソレノイドと並んで
配設されたヨークと、前記ソレノイドの中空部に
位置しスプリングによつて前記固定鉄芯と一定距
離を確保し、前記ソレノイドに通電したときの電
磁力と前記スプリングの力で往復移動するプラン
ジヤと、前記プランジヤと前記固定鉄芯の間に配
設された非磁性材料から成るスペーサと、前記プ
ランジヤの摺動面を形成する薄肉中空円筒状のガ
イドと、前記プランジヤの往復移動により開閉さ
れる弁体とから構成され、前記プランジヤの固定
鉄芯と対向する面に中心軸と直角方向の溝を設け
、プランジヤ外周に中心軸方向の溝を設けたこと
を特徴とするソレノイドバルブ。
