- レーザ容器内のガス循環に用いられる羽根車と
渦壁とから構成されるクロスフローフアンを前記
レーザ容器内に設置したパルスガスレーザ装置に
おいて、前記クロスフローフアンを前記レーザ容
器の内壁に沿つて設置し、前記レーザ容器の内壁
の一部を案内壁として用いることを特徴としたパ
ルスガスレーザ装置。
