Claims (1)
- 下部を油槽となす加熱室、上記油槽内の油を加
熱するヒータ、上記加熱室内にマイクロ波を供給
するマイクロ波供給手段、上記油槽内の油に浸漬
する食品が内部に位置する揚げかす通過阻止フイ
ルタを備えたマイクロ波フライヤにおいて、上記
フイルタを、金属からなる下部網部及びマイクロ
波透過材料からなる上部網部にて構成し、上記下
部網部の底面を部分的に上方に山形形成し、斯る
山形の底面部分を上記ヒータ上に跨座せしめたこ
とを特徴とするマイクロ波フライヤ。
