Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of an NC device by sending not only the DNC operation working information but the PC input/output control information for host computer to an NC control part from a communication control part via a bus. CONSTITUTION:A communication control part 4 performs transmission/reception of the PC input/output control information 14 for a host computer 1 to an NC control part 3 via a bus. The part 4 decodes the PC input/output control command received from the computer 1 and sends the information 14 to the part 3 via the bus. The part 3 receives the information 14 and gives a command to a PC control part 5 to set an input/output memory based on the contents of the information 14. Thus the part 5 changes the contents of the input/output memory. In such a constitution, no real wiring is needed for input/output signals between the part 4 and an input/output unit for the part 3. As a result, the structure of an NC device is simplified.
