Claims (1)
- ワークを載置して予め設定された領域内を往復
動が自在に駆動されるように構成されている第１
可動機構と、前記第１可動機構の移動方向軸線上
に前記第１可動機構と対向して設けられ外力によ
り往復動が可能な第２可動機構と、前記第１可動
機構上のワークが規格品であるときに該ワークが
嵌合可能なように該ワークと略同様な形状の凹部
を持ち該凹部が前記第１可動機構上のワークと対
応するように前記第２可動機構に支持固定されて
いる形状測定手段と、前記第２可動機構の移動を
検知する検知手段とを具備したことを特徴とする
ワークの形状測定装置。
