- ヤスリ母材のヤスリ形成面に、ダイヤモンド、
立方晶窒化硼素等の超硬砥粒からなるヤスリ部を
形成してなる硬質材研磨用ヤスリにおいて、ヤス
リ部に、ヤスリ形成面を露出させた斜め縞状また
は網目状の砥粒未付着部分を設けたことを特徴と
する硬質材研磨用ヤスリ。
